Date: November 23, 2024
Time: TBD
Location: TBD

The Fall Festival is back, and this year it’s open to music students from across Western New York! Join us for a fun and enriching day of music, learning, and community, designed for students at all levels to share their progress and passion for music.

What is the Fall Festival?

The Fall Festival is an informal performance event where students will have the opportunity to perform one piece of their choice in front of an audience of peers, teachers, and families. It’s an excellent way to showcase the progress they’ve made, build performance confidence, and enjoy the support of a welcoming musical community in a fun and entertaining way.

Who Can Participate?

This year, we’re excited to open the Fall Festival to music students from across Western New York! Students of all levels and ages are welcome to participate, provided they receive a recommendation from their music teacher. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced performer, this event offers a positive, encouraging environment for everyone.

A Focus on Peer Learning

One unique aspect of the Fall Festival is our peer review system, which encourages students to actively participate by offering and receiving constructive feedback. After each performance, students will have the chance to give thoughtful, supportive insights to their peers, helping to foster a collaborative learning environment that benefits everyone.

Why Participate?

  • Build Confidence: Performing in a friendly, supportive setting helps students gain confidence in their musical abilities.
  • Learn from Peers: The peer review system allows students to not only perform but also learn how to give and receive constructive feedback, enhancing their musical understanding.
  • Celebrate Progress: The festival is a great opportunity to celebrate how far students have come in their musical journey, with the support of their teachers, peers, and families.

Event Highlights:

  • Performances by music students from across Western New York
  • Peer review and constructive feedback sessions
  • A relaxed and welcoming environment for all levels of musicians
  • A day of fun and music, bringing together students, teachers, and families
  • Certificate of Achievements and Cool Prizes

The Fall Festival is a wonderful way for students to come together, celebrate their progress, and experience the joy of music in a supportive and collaborative environment. Whether you’re performing or attending as a guest, we invite all members of the Western New York music community to join us for this special day!
